Please consider ANY other dentist before seeing this person. If you will please see other patient reviews from other sites you will see that my own personal experience was similar to others. It’s as if a switch flips and she becomes mean, hateful and in my case, physically abusive. In my experience, she handled an extremely painful area where I had had an extraction, and ultimately surgery a few days earlier, so aggressively I felt as though I had been assaulted. She literally ripped the sutures out of my gums when she aggressively “examined” the area that was causing my pain, the reason I came there in the first place. The assistant at that time apologized repeatedly after this horrible woman left the room. Wagner was also verbally abusive and disrespectful. She smirked as she made her sarcastic remarks and insults as if she were very satisfied with herself. I am filing complaints with immediadent (Castleton) where I saw her that night. I was told by the staff there that if I ever had to come back to call and make sure she isn’t working (PRN). I am also in the process of filing a formal complaint with the State of Indiana Dental Examiners Board and Attorney General. In the meantime I am leaving this feedback on every site possible to warn others. If you have experienced anything remotely similar, please come forward.
