Its been a month ago I visited your office, I have been waiting to here if the insurance will cover any part of a root canal. Dr. O'Keefe asked Your office personnel to get insurance approval I have called to check with your office and was assured you would put in the request. I call the insurance company today and no request has been put in. Office personnel over and over told me how much they HATED United health care very, very unprofessional. I assume the request was not put in because of their hatred of my insurance, so I have to suffer. You should have just said no to the insurance, and given me a dollar price, self pay, but instead you just ignor me. What do I do now???
