Inquiring if you accept Mainecare, my daughter needs a skin graft done.
Written January 2015 on a Monday (2015-01-26)This message is for John Mabee DDS Does your practice accept Ameritas insurance and if so, would Ameritas PPO Preferred be OK? I would be interested in coming in after May 3rd because my Insurance won't be active until then. Ameritas, also covers panoramic x-rays every 5 months, at 100%, and I know this would be pricy without it. I am aware that this particular plan covers Dental Implants, Porcelain Vaneers, Gum Graft surgery, and most major restorative Dentistry, and Periodontics, at 100%, as well. This is why I chose this particular plan, because, I'll definitely need Vaneers, as well as Gum Grafts, and possibly Dental Implants. They are not for cosmetic reasons. In 2001, I saw an orthodontist in Boston. He had my braces off in less than a year, also he didn't use spacers to create space in between my teeth. He chiseled in between them and raised my bottom teeth extremely high and just filed them down. I feel I should have sued him for millions considering he ruined my teeth, knowingly. By the time it came to me picking up for myself, my SL's had run out on my mal practice suit. He said every time he was about to put me under the knife, that I had really nice teeth. I did have an extreme amount of enamel and hadn't had a cavity until after seeing him. He moved my teeth so fast that now I need several gum grafts also. I literally have no enamel left on the upper or lower teeth. Therefore I need Porcelain Veneers, and Gum Graft Surgery on all of my teeth due to him raising them exposing the roots and filing them down. OK, I look forward to your response. Best Brian.
I also have Delta Dental Preferred, if I need to use this instead, though they only cover 60% of Implants. Nothing else, and I really don't want to have to go with Implants. I don't think my Gums are healthy enough anyway.
