I am appalled with how my elderly hearing impaired Mother just told me Dr. Thornton treated her!! He verbally abused my poor Mother as well as his staff right in front of her!! If I didn't live16 hours away, I'd go in there and kick his ass MYSELF!!
My mother couldn't make out what he asked her to do, so she politely asked him to speak a little louder as she is hearing impaired and he literally YELLED at her "NO, if I spoke loud all day, I'd be hoarse"! And then he demanded she listen to him and looked at his eyes so he could do whatever he was doing. My poor mother was shocked. After he was done doing that he left my mother to his staff for them to do their part, which fit her new dentures to her mouth. Upon his return to the room he sternly ordered my mother to " open your mouth"! And when she did the top set fell, (as they had not yet been fitted), he burst a blood vessel screaming at the top of his lungs at the staff for not having finished their work and continued on to also yell about my mother being hearing impaired!! This man is out of control and damn lucky I'm not close enough to go into his office and give him what he deserves! I plan to file a case against him with every agency, board and reporting forum I can! PLEASE DO NOT, DO NOT USE OR REFER ANYONE YOU LOVE TO HIM!

James K. Thornton, DMD Great staff, Bad doctor . . . This man was so rude, degrading and unprofessional. He talked down to me and I will never go back. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism in my 73 years Pure Evil!
