Irwin Harvey Zandman, DDSPC's fax 212-534-1254 has not been working for three days now since 8/21/17. Whenever I call his phone 212-427-2636, my call is automatically put on voicemail, I have left a message numerous times, and no one has gotten back to me to assist me.

In the past two days, the call has only been picked up on 8/21/17 by Carmen, on 8/22/17 by Naomi, and today, 8/23/17, again by Carmen. I even asked Carmen if she had email, and she said, "Yes, Hold on, and I will get it for you," but I was put on hold or more than 30 minutes with music in the background, and Carmen never got back to me. Whenever, I have tried to reach someone afterwards, my call is transferred automatically to voicemail. This is very poor customer service. This problem needs to be taken cared of immediately. Please call your phone company to check your phone and fax line, and kindly get back to me as soon as possible at 718-877-5467.

As I mentioned earlier, a short while ago today, 8/23/17, I briefly got through by phone to Carmen, from Dr. Zandman's office, and I asked Carmen to please ask Dr. Zandman to call WellCare Provider Services line at 1-855-538-0454 in order for him to obtain immediate dental approval for a Complete top and bottom Denture for my Dad, Guzman, Angel, from his new WellCare Dental insurance within 24 hours-72 hours. I informed Carmen to please let Dr. Zandman know to please tell my Dad's Dental insurance that this procedure is MEDICALLY NECESSARY, as I am very concerned because my Dad is diabetic, he has lost a lot of weight, and while my Dad has no teeth to chew his food, he can easily choke.
