I had orthognathic surgery several times 5 x and all relapsed and due to severe medical issues not limited to stomach complication, speech impediment an inability to chew properly.

I have to have a repeated procedure out of state as my condition is so severe and I have see just about all Maxillofacail surgeon in the New area I was advised to see a surgeon out of state Fl or CA, and was advised with my medical history that Prosthodontist work has to go under medical and have Letters of Necessity from primary care physician speech therapist and other regarding this which could be amended, but I wanted to know if you deal with cases like mine.

I have dental implants which are on a severe over jet and maxilla has to be rotated with advancement to maxilla and mandible also moved and I have a copy of Letter of Necessity,

Please advise if you are interested in a case like mine which I was advised needs at exceptional gap with pre-authorization.
