First off, I wish I could give these people 0 stars. I made an appointment to have my wisdom teeth removed 3 WEEKS PRIOR to my appointment. I was recommended by my dentist and specifically told them that so they would have my dental records. The day of my appointment arrives and I wait 30 minutes while they quickly take someone else first (I was supposed to be the first appointment of the day) when the doc finally comes in he is explaining all of the things that could go wrong and then proceeds to tell me in more words that I will not be getting my teeth pulled today. I would have to get another scan done at another office in sequim. As I'm processing this I ask if that means it's not happening today and he nonchalantly tells me no. This is PATHETIC!!! I live in Seattle and drove all the way here for them specifically!! I just had to leave without saying anything because honestly they are a joke. They should have recieved my records 3 weeks prior and told me that! Not 30 minutes into my appointment. I would love to get back the money for ferry and gas...oh, and my TIME! Bunch of imbeciles.
